Chris attended the University of Colorado for both undergraduate and law school
receiving a B.S. in Business from the Leeds School of Business in May 2004 and a
J.D. from the Colorado School of Law in May 2007.
Chris is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado and
Denver Bar Associations. He has worked with in-house counsel for both a
mid-size, Denver based software company as well as KeyBank's equipment leasing
subsidiary, Key Equipment Finance.
Chris practices in the firm's Colorado office in the transactional department
focusing primarily on business law and real estate law. His real estate law
practice includes the areas of leasing, landlord-tenant matters, real estate
acquisition and sale, real estate financing and attendant real estate sale
contract and lease contract preparations and negotiations. Chris’ business law
practice includes the areas of formation and maintenance of corporations,
general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies, general
strategic and long-term business planning advising and private placement
investment memorandum preparation and counsel. He is an avid golfer and skier
and resides in Denver’s Cherry Creek District.
