David J. Kim graduated from the University of California Hastings College of
the Law in 2004. He completed his undergraduate studies at Pomona College with a
B.A. in Public Policy Analysis, specializing in Chemistry.
Dave is an associate in the real estate and business transactional group at Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis & Goldberg. His practice includes the areas of leasing, acquisitions, sales, financing, residential and commercial property developments, IRS Section 1031 exchanges, homeowners associations, and foreclosures. Dave’s practice also extends into corporate, general and limited partnership, and limited liability company matters.
